Grand Rapids

Grand Rapids is a city located in western Michigan, situated on the Grand River about 30 miles east of Lake Michigan. With a population of around 200,000 in the city proper and over 1 million in the surrounding metro area, it is the second largest city in Michigan after Detroit.
